How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in the order they’re received. Once your goo leaves Committee headquarters, you’ll get a tracking email automatically. Launches, restocks, and especially feral order days may take a little longer.⌛
Can I track my order?
Yep. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Refreshing it 47 times will not make the truck drive faster, but we understand the impulse. 📬
What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Well, rude. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional shipping cost. 😉
Can I cancel or change my order?
Maybe, if we haven’t started processing it yet. Orders may begin processing within 1 hour of being received, so contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is being processed or has shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible. 😳
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Nope 🙅🏽. Because slime is a handmade sensory product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
What if my slime arrives too sticky, stiff, or weird from the weather?
Slime can get a little dramatic in transit. Heat may make it sticky, and cold can make it feel firmer than usual. Let it come to room temperature before judging it, then check our Slime Care page for the right fix. Temperature-related texture changes are normal and are not automatically considered damage.
How do restocks work?
If a slime is sold out, hit “Notify When Available” on the product page. We’ll email you when it’s back. No refreshing the shop every 11 minutes required. Your browser deserves boundaries too.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Once it’s on the move, the package has chosen its own adventure.
